1. الحالة الحالية للمتجر
QWASMI STORE DR1 يعمل حاليًا في وضع تجريبي. يمكن تجربة الحسابات والسلة والطلبات، لكن طرق الدفع الظاهرة ليست مدفوعات مفعّلة ولا تُعتبر الطلبات التجريبية عقود بيع مدفوعة.
لن يُفتح البيع الحقيقي إلا بعد الإعلان عن البائع القانوني وإجراءات الشراء والدفع والتسليم والسياسات النهائية.
2. حساب المستخدم
قد يتطلب حفظ الطلبات الدخول بواسطة البريد أو Google أو Discord. يجب استخدام حسابك أنت والمحافظة على أمان وسائل الدخول. يجوز تعليق وظائف الحساب عند وجود إساءة استخدام أو نشاط ضار وفق القانون.
3. المنتجات والتراخيص
أسماء الألعاب وشعاراتها وحقوقها تعود إلى أصحابها. QWASMI STORE DR1 غير تابع لشركة Supercell ولا ينبغي اعتبار ظهور منتج في قائمة تجريبية تأكيدًا لتوافر حق إعادة بيعه.
قبل إطلاق البيع، ستُعرض فقط المنتجات والخدمات التي يملك البائع حق تقديمها وفق شروط ناشري الألعاب والقوانين ذات الصلة. بعض شركات الألعاب تمنع بيع الحسابات أو نقلها أو إعادة بيع عملاتها خارج القنوات المعتمدة.
4. الأسعار والطلبات
قد تكون أسعار العملات الأخرى تقديرية مبنية على تحويلات للعرض، ولا تمثل عرض تحويل ملزمًا. في أي بيع مستقبلي، سيُعرض السعر النهائي والضرائب والرسوم المعمول بها قبل التأكيد.
الطلبات المنشأة حاليًا لأغراض الاختبار، ولا تعدّ إثباتًا للدفع أو حجزًا مضمونًا للمنتج.
5. السلامة وحماية الحسابات
يُمنع استخدام المتجر للاحتيال أو انتحال الهوية أو انتهاك حقوق الآخرين. لا ترسل كلمات مرور الألعاب أو أكواد تسجيل الدخول والتحقق لأي شخص عبر الموقع. إذا احتاجت خدمة إلى خطوات داخل لعبة، يجب أن تتوافق مع قواعد اللعبة وألّا تعتمد على مشاركة رموز الدخول.
6. حقوق المستهلك
عند بدء البيع التجاري ستُقدّم المعلومات الإلزامية عن البائع، وطبيعة السلع الرقمية، والتسليم، والعدول أو الاسترجاع، قبل إبرام أي طلب مدفوع. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط حقوق المستهلك التي يمنحها القانون الملزم.
7. الملكية الفكرية والتغييرات
يخص اسم المتجر ومحتوى الموقع أصحابهما بحسب الحقوق القانونية، باستثناء العلامات والمواد التابعة لأصحاب حقوق مستقلين. قد تتغير واجهة الخدمة أو السياسات، وسيُعرض تاريخ التحديث عند اعتماد النصوص.

للاستفسارات اتصل عبر صفحة التواصل. يجب إضافة الاسم القانوني الكامل للبائع وعنوانه ومعلومات تسجيله قبل تلقي مدفوعات حقيقية.

إرسال نموذج عرض قرية هو استفسار مبدئي للإدارة وليس قبولًا ملزمًا أو تعهدًا بالشراء أو بالدفع. لا تنشر بيانات تسجيل الدخول أو أكواد التحقق أو معلومات تخص أشخاصًا آخرين. يخضع أي تعامل لاحق للتأكد من مشروعية النشاط ومن شروط ناشر اللعبة؛ لا يجيز هذا الموقع أي عملية يحظرها ناشر اللعبة.

QWASMI STORE DR1 currently runs in demo mode. Accounts, carts and orders can be tested, but displayed payment methods are not live. Demo orders are not paid sales contracts.
Commercial transactions will start only after the legal seller, checkout, payment, delivery terms and final policies are published.
2. User accounts
Saving orders may require sign-in by email, Google or Discord. Use only your own account and keep authentication methods secure. Abuse or harmful conduct may result in appropriate account restrictions subject to applicable law.
3. Products and licenses
Game names, logos and related rights belong to their respective owners. QWASMI STORE DR1 is not affiliated with Supercell; a demo listing does not establish a license or authorization to resell the listed item.
Before launch, only products and services whose distribution is authorized under the publishers’ terms and applicable law should be offered. Some publishers prohibit account transfers or unauthorized resale of in-game currencies.
4. Prices and orders
Non-base currency prices may be indicative conversions, not binding exchange rates. Any future purchase will disclose its total price, relevant taxes and fees before confirmation.
Current orders are for testing and do not constitute proof of payment or a guaranteed reservation of inventory.
5. Account safety and acceptable use
Fraud, impersonation and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited. Never send game passwords, login codes or verification codes through the site. Game-related service arrangements must respect the publisher’s rules and should not rely on sharing login credentials.
6. Consumer rights
Before any live sale, the seller will publish the disclosures required by applicable consumer law, including identification, digital delivery and cancellation or withdrawal terms. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights.
7. Intellectual property and changes
QWASMI STORE DR1 branding and site content are protected as applicable, excluding third-party materials and trademarks owned by their respective holders. Features and these terms may change with an updated publication date.
