لا يتم حاليًا سحب أموال أو تنفيذ معاملات دفع حقيقية عبر QWASMI STORE DR1. لذلك لا يوجد مبلغ مدفوع يمكن استرداده مقابل طلب تجريبي.
لإلغاء طلب تجريبي أو الاستفسار عنه، استخدم التواصل معنا واذكر رقم الطلب، دون مشاركة كلمات مرور أو رموز تحقق.
2. قبل تفعيل الدفع الحقيقي
سيتم نشر سياسة استرجاع نهائية تتضمن هوية البائع، ووسيلة طلب الإلغاء، وشروط العدول القانونية، وطريقة الاسترداد ومواعيده. لا تُعد هذه النسخة التجريبية تعهدًا بمدة أو استثناء محدد.
3. السلع والخدمات الرقمية
قد تخضع بعض أنواع المحتوى الرقمي المسلم فورًا، أو الخدمات التي بدأ تنفيذها بناءً على طلب المستهلك وبالشروط القانونية، لاستثناءات من حق العدول. لا يعني ذلك أن جميع المنتجات الرقمية غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
سيتم توضيح طبيعة كل منتج وإمكانية العدول عنه والمتطلبات القانونية ذات الصلة قبل إتمام الدفع.
4. المنتج غير المسلم أو المعيب
بعد تفعيل البيع الحقيقي، إذا لم يُسلَّم المنتج كما وُصف، أو كان الرمز غير صالح بسبب مشكلة من جهة البائع، ستتاح آلية للشكاوى والحلول الملائمة وفق حقوق المستهلك والقانون المطبق.
5. آلية طلب الاسترجاع مستقبلًا
قبل إطلاق الدفع، سنحدد قناة دعم معتمدة ومرجع الطلب ومتطلبات إثبات الشراء ومراحل مراجعة الطلب. أي استرداد مستحق سيُعالج عبر وسيلة معتمدة وبحسب القانون وشروط مزود الدفع.
6. لا تنازل عن الحقوق القانونية
لا يجوز تفسير هذه السياسة على أنها تمنع أو تلغي حقوق الإلغاء والاسترجاع أو الضمان التي يقررها القانون للمستهلك.
1. Current demo orders
QWASMI STORE DR1 does not currently charge customers or process live payments. Accordingly, no funds have been collected through demo checkout that could be refunded.
For assistance cancelling or reviewing a demo order, use the contact page and provide your order reference without sharing passwords or verification codes.
2. Before payments are enabled
A final cancellation and refund policy will identify the legal seller, how to request cancellation, any statutory withdrawal rights, and refund methods and timing. This demo notice does not promise a specific statutory exception or timeline.
3. Digital goods and services
Some immediately delivered digital content, and certain services begun at the consumer’s request under legally required conditions, may qualify for exceptions to withdrawal rights. Not every digital product is automatically non-refundable.
Any applicable limits, consent requirements and statutory information will be clearly disclosed before a paid purchase.
4. Failed or defective delivery
Once commercial sales begin, customers will have an appropriate complaint and remedy process if a purchased item is not delivered as described or a code supplied by the seller is invalid, subject to their statutory rights.
5. Future refund requests
Before launch, we will identify an official support contact, order reference requirements, proof-of-purchase process and review steps. Any refund due will be handled through an authorized payment route under applicable law and payment provider requirements.
6. Non-waivable rights
Nothing in this policy excludes cancellation, refund or legal-guarantee rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
